THE PLANT Mannheim comprises seven independent office buildings with a maximum of three storeys in a park-like setting to the south-east of Mannheim city centre, offering an ideal combination of tranquillity and closeness to the city.
The former grounds of the company “Rheinische Gummi- und Celluloidfabrik”, where the famous Schildkröt dolls were once produced, are now home to state-of-the-art offices boasting a special feel-good factor. You can get there in no time at all: Only a few minutes to Neckarau’s railway station, to the A6 and A656, or to the city centre. The City Airport Mannheim is only ten minutes away.
Mannheim is situated at the heart of the Rhine-Neckar economic area, which is among the largest metropolitan areas in Europe, with a population of 2.4 million in 15 urban and rural districts. A workforce of some 918,000 social insurance contributors are employed at more than 146,000 companies, including SMEs and start-ups as well as true global players such as the SAP software company.
Located in the region where the German federal states of Baden-Württemberg, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate converge, with a population of over 300,000 Mannheim is the third-largest city in Baden-Württemberg. Among its further credentials, it is also a university city, a city of inventors, the former seat of the Electoral Palatinate and a UNESCO City of Music.
The Plant High-Tech-Park Mannheim bietet Ihnen helle und moderne Büroflächen in ruhiger, parkähnlicher Anlage mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Aber auch mit dem PKW sind die Innenstadt und die Autobahnen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Fläche in der Janderstraße 5 ist ca. 293 m² groß und besteht aus mehreren hellen und gut geschnitten Büros, einem Konferenzraum und einer Teeküche sowie modernen sanitären Anlagen. Eine Klimatisierung auf Wunsch gegen Aufpreis möglich. Die Mindestlaufzeit beträgt in der Regel 5 Jahre. Die Fläche ist voraussichtlich ab Q2/2024 verfügbar und Mietbeginn ist nach Abstimmung möglich.
Unser Campus-Objekt besteht aus insgesamt 7 Gebäuden in kleiner parkähnlicher Anlage, die ein ruhiges Arbeiten in einem grünen Umfeld ermöglicht. Dennoch sind Innenstadt, Autobahn und Flughafen schnell mit dem ÖPNV oder dem PKW zu erreichen.
Im Objekt wird unser Konzept “The Plant” gelebt. Wir bieten allen Mitarbeitenden unserer Mieter verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten: von der Erleichterung des Arbeitsalltag, zu entspanntem Aufenthalt während Pausen in unserer Grünanlage über verschiedene Veranstaltungen, zu denen wir regelmäßig einladen.
