The Plant Konstanz is located to the north-west of the city centre. Spacious offices, as well as lab, logistics, production and storage premises cover tenants’ needs from any sector all lines of business.
Lab premises ready for occupation and fully fitted out with “Waldner” laboratory equipment are ideal for research and development in the fields of biology and chemistry (S1 to S2 classification). Office units in a diverse range of sizes offer space for flexible usage concepts. To ensure high standards of security, The Plant collaborates with a security company whose credentials include a proprietary access control system (to FDA standard).
